The local database is persistently saved. When you restart your device, NAOS automatically recovers all pending transactions and syncs them when connected.

Yes. We are integrated with the main authorized PACs in Panama. XML signing is done locally on your device for maximum security and speed, even without internet.

No. DGI electronic invoicing is included in all plans with no invoice limit and no per-transaction charges. Issue all the invoices you need.

Yes. NAOS supports all DGI recipient types: taxpayer (01), final consumer (02), government (03) and foreign (04). Each type is automatically configured with the required fields.

NAOS is compatible with 58mm and 80mm thermal printers via WiFi, USB and Bluetooth. It also works with built-in printers on devices like Senraise. No special drivers required.

No. You can use standard USB or Bluetooth scanners, or simply your phone or tablet camera. NAOS automatically recognizes barcodes and QR codes.

NAOS AI is an intelligent copilot integrated into the POS. It generates product descriptions and images, predicts inventory demand, suggests cross-sells and analyzes customer behavior. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

AI features requiring language models (like description generation) need a connection. However, recommendations based on local data and demand forecasting work offline with preloaded models.

AI processes your data securely and in isolation. It's never shared between businesses or used to train external models. Your data is yours and yours alone.
